イチゴ腫―第2期
第1期イチゴ腫の病変が治癒した後，軟性肉芽腫の汎発性発疹が顔面，四肢（上図），または殿部に発生する。第2期イチゴ腫のもう1つの特徴は，足底に発生する軟らかい角化性の腫瘍様腫瘤である（下図）。腫瘤のために患者は足の側面で歩行せざるを得なくなり，このことからcrab yawsという異名が生まれた。
