Примечания
  • Процентили массы тела лучше всего интерпретируются по отношению к росту (см. калькулятор для индекса массы тела).
  • В крайнем выражении (> 97-го процентиля или < 3-го процентиля) небольшие различия в процентилях соответствуют клинически значимым различиям. В этих крайних выражениях Z-показатель точнее отражает степень отклонения измерения от среднего и является полезным инструментом для отслеживания изменений.
  • Данные LMS, используемые в этом калькуляторе, показаны в таблице данных ниже.
  • Для всех таблиц LMS строка в таблице, соответствующая специфичному для пациента значению, находится в первом столбце таблицы; при этом получают значения, которые будут использоваться для L (мощность Бокса-Кокса), M (медиана) и S (генерализованный коэффициент вариации) для уравнения Z-показателя.
  • Z-показатели можно использовать для поиска в таблице соответствующего процентиля в таблице нормальных процентилей для таблицы Z-показателя (см. ниже).
