This cerebral angiogram shows an occlusion of the proximal left middle cerebral artery (MCA) on anteroposterior and lateral views (1, 2). After mechanical thrombectomy, the angiogram shows restored blood flow in the left MCA on anteroposterior and lateral views (3, 4).
