Chondrosarcoma of the Humerus
This shoulder x-ray shows a long calcified lesion in the humerus (arrows) with thickening of the bone surface, as well as loss of trabecular bone inside replaced by sarcomatous semi-calcified matrix. The cortex shows significant scalloping; some areas of destruction through the cortex.
